Winter 2013

On a beautiful December afternoon, only a few days before Christmas, it was time to say, Adieu to Corporate Terrace where French For Fun had been conducted classes for the past ten years.

Weeks later, on January 7th just in time for our very first celebration in la nouvelle école, our dedicated and creative teachers prepared students of all ages for la fête des rois.

Our new center is certainly not un château, but just the same our French Cottage is so beautifully decorated and quaint, we all felt like royalty this very first week of instruction.

We are also thrilled to finally have an outside space to play en français bien sûr.

There is plenty of work to do in le jardin and we look forward to gardening season. Until then our morning immersion children planted a few flowers dans les jardinières du balcon.

French For Fun also prepared to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the death of Francis Poulenc, by studying L'histoire de Babar and attending a concert in Lafayette.
